About CRE8TR and this website
CRE8TR is building The Digital Economy Warehouse™, a proposed ecosystem for creators, brands, entrepreneurs and partners. CRE8TR is at a pre-launch stage. The spaces, studios, events, services and partnership formats described on the website are planned or proposed and are not yet operating. Their details, timing and locations may change, and some may not go ahead.
The website is for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, a booking or a promise of availability, and nothing on it is an offer of shares or other investments, or financial, legal or professional advice.
Images
Unless an image says otherwise, the visuals on the website are concept visuals or illustrative images. They show how spaces and activities could look, and they do not show real CRE8TR locations, members, staff, partners or events. Images labelled “Concept visual” or “Illustrative” should be read in that way.
Founding Community and JOIN
Registration for the CRE8TR Founding Community takes place on our separate JOIN platform at join.cre8tr.co.uk. Registering there is governed by the terms and privacy notice shown on that platform, not by these terms.
Using the website
You may use the website for your own information and share links to it. You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, its management area or any connected system, or interfere with how the website works;
- introduce viruses or other harmful material;
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the website’s content without our written permission.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including its text, images, video, design and the CRE8TR name and logo, belong to us or to our licensors. The Digital Economy Warehouse™, LIVE FLEET™ and CRE8TR Connect™ are names we use for our concepts. You may not use our name, logo or these names without our written permission.
Links to other websites
The website links to websites run by others, such as social networks. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but because CRE8TR is at a pre-launch stage we cannot guarantee that it is complete or current, and you should not rely on it when making decisions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or from reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
