A new use for empty commercial space

CRE8TR is designed as a practical response to the challenge of vacant large retail units on UK high streets. The aim is to activate underused commercial space and build the physical infrastructure for the next generation of creators, entrepreneurs and digital businesses. The first site is proposed for Bromley, London, and CRE8TR also welcomes conversations with landlords and councils in other well-connected town centres.
